MachineSelector
The MachineSelector is a service portal developed by Propius for the secure and simple remote maintenance of machines and systems. Our MachineSelector is used both by machine builders for remote maintenance of their own machines and by their customers - the manufacturing companies - for controlling the remote maintenance connections of their machine suppliers. MachineSelector thus fulfils the requirements of both "worlds" (machine builders / manufacturing companies) for simplicity coupled with a high level of security. The service portal functions like a switch and connects the service technician's PC with a machine network selected by him, as if he were on site - directly at the machine. Software interfaces enable simple system integration into existing IT landscapes.
It can be operated as a pure software solution both within the company (e.g. in the DMZ) and in the cloud. On the machine side, it supports a variety of remote maintenance routers; theoretically, any router can be integrated as long as it uses standard encryption technologies (OpenVPN / IPsec).

Router Config Form
This online form requests all the necessary network parameters in the customer network, including validation, in order to be able to pre-configure a router. Send the link to your customers and have the result sent back to you by e-mail.
It is also possible to pre-fill name and recipient email address(es). To do this, enter the values in the URL as parameters. Ex:

SecStick
The SecStick from our partner Team2Work is a simple and fast remote maintenance solution. Combined with our "Remote Office" service, you use our highly available IT infrastructure to connect the secured tunnels with the advantage of only having to use outgoing connections.
Alternatively, use the SecStick server to terminate the tunnel directly on your target system without having to involve a service provider.
